AddInstruments()

Adds Instruments to the base Webpage

FolderSetup()

Checks for an existing InstrumentQC folder, if not present creates the folder and populates it with the required website components

HistoricalPages()

Checks data folder, determines instruments, creates GitHub project for each, checks for historical data and creates a year page for each, wraps up by updating the main webpage links

RenderWebsite()

Quarto renders the project to produce the website, checks for git, sends to GitHub.
