As spectral panels grow increasingly complex, unlocking their full potential for biological discovery depends on our ability to handle uncertainty, and systematically profile the higher-dimensional space. Leveraging open-source tools, we share our approach at tackling these challenges for rare clinical cohorts acquired on our core’s Cytek Auroras.
